Remote Interpreters / Translators
Sales Representative
Fluent in English and at least one additional language
Strong verbal communication and etiquette
Prior experience in medical, legal, or customer service
Provide real-time consecutive or simultaneous interpretation for medical appointments, telehealth sessions, and wellness consultations
Translate patient information, discharge summaries, forms, or health education materials
Maintain patient privacy and uphold confidentiality at all times
Accurately relay tone, emotion, and cultural nuances in both verbal and written formats
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Reliable electricity and climate control
Willingness to follow FoZula Health’s communication protocols and shift assignments
Laptop or desktop (Mac or PC), minimum:
Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 or above
8 GB RAM
Windows 10 / macOS 11+
Noise-canceling headset with built-in mic
HD webcam (for VRI or team calls)
Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
Ethernet connection
Responding to inquiries, making follow-up calls, assisting with onboarding, and supporting the sales process.

Answer inbound calls and respond to client questions or service requests
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, nurture relationships, or schedule demos
Maintain call logs and provide feedback to improve customer experience
1+ year experience in a call center, customer service, or sales support role
Fluent in English (additional languages a strong plus: Spanish, Kreyol, French, etc.)
Excellent phone etiquette, listening, and data entry skills
Comfortable with basic tools (CRM systems, Google Workspace, email platforms)
Calm, courteous, and confident on calls
Laptop or desktop (Mac or PC), minimum:
